In-Office Membership Plan
If you and your loved ones do not have dental insurance, we invite you to consider the In-Office Membership Plan from our Massapequa Park dentist and team. For a low annual fee, each patient receives their complete preventive exams and cleanings. In addition to these general services to protect smiles and maintain the optimal level of oral health, all other treatments are offered at a discounted rate for our plan members.
