Dr. Dory Stutman and Dr. Khalida Stutman want you to feel completely relaxed during dental procedures. For some patients, reclining in a massaging chair while listening to soothing music or enjoying a movie deters dental anxiety or boredom. We offer virtual reality movie glasses that makes you feel like you're watching a 70-foot wide screen! We also offer nitrous oxide and use a pre-injection numbing ointment that will make you not feel the injection at all.
Fearful patients, or even those who simply want total relaxation during long procedures, may benefit from oral sedation. A pill taken before procedures puts you in a deeply relaxed state. Most patients have little or no memory of their treatments afterwards.
